Nitu is a self-motivated, compassionate
and
dedicated participant of the LEDS working team. She holds a double
Bachelors degree in Education and Arts from Rajasthan University. She
has
led the organization as a Coordinator in the Samveshi Sher Project at
Bagrana village, Jaipur. The project aimed at skill development,
education
and housing facilities for the homeless and Dalit workers. She strongly
believes in empowering the marginalized through development campaigns
and
activities.
SITA KUMARI
Member
Sita has been actively involved with the
social
activities of the organisation. She is pursing her Bachelors in Social
Work
from IGNOU, New Delhi. She works towards providing basic entitlement to
the
homeless workers through LEDS.
RAJANI
Member
Rajani is a representative of the Dalit
community
and she has been working since the last 9 years with the organization.
She
is a facilitator of the Youth Tech Hub (YTH). Rajani successfully ran
the
Mahila Panchayat DCW from 2013 to 2016 and counseled 100 families
regarding the domestic violence cases. She also works towards providing
education facilities to the children from economically weaker sections
and
has achieved a goal of enrolling 100 students to education programs.
RAKESH
Member
Rakesh is a social activist and holds a
Bachelors
degree in Arts. He has been involved with LEDS since the last 10 years.
He
has actively served people in the fields of education, health and human
rights. He also worked on the HR team during the Samveshi Sher Project
at
Bagrana village, Jaipur.
SARITA
Member
Sarita has contributed in many social
activities
with the LEDS working team. She has actively worked in the health
sector
for the betterment of migrant workers. She also mentored at a shelter
for
homeless children in Dev Nagar, Delhi from 2011 to 2013.
HARI PRASAD
Member
Hari Prasad is a volunteer at LEDS and
has
been associated with the organization since the last 15 years. He has
also
worked at Sharmik Sudhar Samiti for the welfare of construction
workers.
AMILAL
Member
Amilal is an active member of LEDS. He
contributed to the sewage worker development programs with the
organization
and has been involved in community development work since the last 20
years.
