LEDS ensures safeguards against health hazards for sewage workers through awareness generation, linkage to public healthcare facilities and advocacy planning. We strive towards making favourable changes in insurance norms and incorporate them under the ESI category. Ensuring community access to basic healthcare is one of the prime goals of our organization.

LEDS focuses on the welfare and development of migrant labourers, construction and sewage workers, and communities of Dalits, Muslims and Adivasis. We aim at achieving basic education rights and entitlements for labour children through skill development and implementation of government schemes and policies.
